At the announcement
Coral Coast, 27 August 2026.
“If you look at the balance sheet of this company, it practically has no borrowings at all, or very low borrowing… I think for investors they will be happy to learn that, and we intend to continue that policy.”
“For the longest while, the growth of our best companies was something many Fijians could only watch. We stay in the hotels, we work in offices, we are proud of them, but ownership has too often belonged to only a few. It does not have to be that way any longer.”
“There is a lot of appetite for investment in Fiji. We are witnessing some really promising developments in tourism.”
“In an economy that is so dependent on tourism, the listing of Warwick will eventually provide members of the public exposure to the hospitality and tourism sector through our market.”
