4. Account opening and KYC

When you begin opening an account, you provide basic contact details and verify your email address. The full Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) onboarding is then completed on the Kontiki Stockbroking client platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Account opening is subject to eligibility, verification, and our acceptance, and may be declined where required by law or our internal policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, or introduce malicious code; or
• misrepresent your identity or submit information on behalf of another person without authority.

6. Public API

Access to the Kontiki Capital public API is subject to these terms and any rate limits or usage conditions published on the Developers page. We may suspend or revoke access for misuse, excessive load, or activity that breaches the terms of the SPX or other data sources. The API and its data are provided “as is” without warranty.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Kontiki Capital brand — is owned by or licensed to Kontiki Capital and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent, except as permitted for ordinary personal use.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and a link does not imply endorsement.
