Unit Trusts

As part of completing Kontiki Capital’s investment boutique services, Kontiki Stockbroking Ltd (KSB) is an approved service provider for a number of unit trusts and managed funds, both local and overseas.

These products allow local investors to diversify their investment portfolio against risks associated with a single equity investment or gain exposure to potential upside in the international market.

Currently, KSB is an approved service provider for:

the Unit Trust of Fiji (UTOF),

Colonial Managed Funds: Colonial Income and Growth Fund (CFS-ING); Colonial Income Fund (CFS-INC); Colonial International Fund (CFS-INT), and

Australian-based managed funds, Hunter Hall Equity Trusts: Hunter Hall Value Growth Trust (VGT); Hunter Hall Australian Value Trust (AVT) and Hunter Hall Global Ethical Trust (GET).

For disclosure purposes, KSB receives a fee when it successfully signs up an investor for a unit trust application. Furthermore, KSB or its related entities including its principal and staff may have an interest in any of the above unit trusts.
